Product overview
ANL346 level recorder could measure the undergrand water by power supply or battery supply.It is stainless steel structure which could long term recorde the depth, pressure, and temeperature of water. It contains lever transmitter, temperature transmitter, and non-volatile memory and long-life Lithium batteries which all in the steel shell housing of 24mm diameter. It suitable for the measurement of underground water and marine.

2.2 Communication interface
It has industrial RS485, half duplex subordinate working, transmission distance could be 1200 meter, baud rate could choose 9600,19200,38400,57600;
Serial Port communication, default is COM1, it will be work according the actual connection. Baud rate could choose 9600,19200,38400,57600(Bit/s),default is 9600.
- Bit:parity check: odd, even, None as default.
- Stop Bit: 1 or 2, 1 as default.
- Data Bit: 8 data bit.
MODBUS-RTU ; When it connect with power supply, command could be sent by software or MDOBUS(e.g. RTU )like, level and temperature measurement. 2.3 Fixation
It is integrated structure with shielded cable. The long cable adds steel in order to increase the tensile strength and stability. The probe will be lifting installed in the top of detective well and fixed by steel.
It's better to add a protection shell for cable connection to prevent from the vent block and should install the shielded wire. 3.Wiring 3.1 Wiring
There is one 4-core cable for power supply and telecommunicaiton which is red, yellow,blue and green.
3.2 Computer connection
The blowing accessories would be need:
RS232<->RS485 transitter
USB<->RS232 transmitter
USB<->RS485 transmitter
Connection:Blue cable(RS485-A) connects RS485+(T+);green cable (RS485-B)connects RS485-(T-);USB cable connects to computer, and then you can check the port number and use it in software.
4.Setting
4.1 Tel-communication setting
Please aware that the tele data is right which means the computer or MODBUS port is same with the production when you firstly use this product. The default data of port is 9600, 8,n,1;tele communication add is"1". It will be work once the telecommunication data was changed(don't need to turn off the power),meanwhile the date of computer should be set as same as the products.
4.2 Measurement setting In the very first use, please setting the measure time according the test,min is 1 minutes, max is 99 minutes. After measure time(ΔT)was set, every measure time, the product will measure and record data once, including level, temperature, pressure, time, voltage. The default time is 60 minutes.
4.3 User calibration
The product could be user calibrated for zero level and density in order to adjust the application condition and media. It was calibrated before delivery, it doesn't need to be calibrated. If you want to calibrated, please follow technology engineer.
5.Data collection
5.1 Collection by command
The data could be collected through MODBUS-RTU or 03H in software when it connects with computer or RTU.
5.2 Auto collection
It could auto collected the data while it's the measure time even if it has not connected with power and other equipment. The auto collection will be stopped when the voltage is lower than 2.7V.
6. Historical data
It has 20 byte in every historical data. It could store 25984 data in total. These will be divided into 128pcs which every piece has 203 data. It will turn to first piece data record automatically and clear it. And then record the data by analogy.
